Crema Sarda
This soft spreadable cream is made from the melting of various Pecorini and Ricotta.
The Cossu Pecorino Creams are a tasty balance of diverse flavor profiles, from “Classica” that is sweeter to “Affumicata” which is smokier. Then the “Piccante” with more of a spicy taste and the new entry “Tartufo” made with fresh truffle, very delicate.

The Fiore Sardo Slice
The oldest cheese of Sardinia, the origin is back to the bronze age. The special DOP cheese can only be produced in the island.
Made artisanal from full-cream raw sheep’s milk. After production the shepherd will naturally smoke it inside the hut, in a traditional way.
The Fiore Sardo Cossu is still made as in the ancient time, we age it in the canteen and we treat each wheel with olive oil on the crust. The Fiore is an explosion of aromas, the flavor is intense and slightly smoky.

This cheese exists since more than 2000 years, introduced by the Roman Empire in the areas of Sardinia and Lazio, which have abundance of sheep and green pastures.
This unique DOP cheese, it can only be produced in designated geographical areas.
Made with full cream thermised sheep’s milk.
Il Romano Genuine Cossu is a premium Pecorino with a pleasant taste and a light spicy aftertaste. Obtained from Cossu special recipe and aging technique of dry hand salt, wheel by wheel.
